Times are Changing
The last couple of months have been turbulent and we hope everyone has been safe and well during these times of Covid19.
Across the industry to date, house values have remained steady and there's talk of people wanting to move to regional areas now they have the ability to work from home. During our office shutdown period, sales enquiries continued to flow and we now have buyers waiting for the right property. Mortgage interest rates are at a all-time low - there's opportunities for both vendors & buyers.
With the relaxation of restrictions, we are hoping to return to normal office hours in the next couple of weeks. We are currently performing private appointments and inspections on sale properties for those interested in purchasing.
